BROKER & GENERAL
MANAGER – Dominique
has been with TNT since 1995 and has grown with the company, reflecting the
values and integrity, which TNT represents. She has initial contact with
property owners, securing an easy transition into our company. Personally
familiar with every property, she reviews all contracts, keeps current with
legislation pertaining to property management, and maintains the day-to-day
operations of the company.

BROKER’S ASSISTANT
– Megan helps Dominique do all of the
above and more. She inputs all information regarding owner contract renewals,
resident lease renewals, generates correspondence, and is competent to assist
any department function smoothly.

LEASING AGENT’s
– Nick and Lisa present TNT, Inc.'s first impression! They welcome
everyone into our office whether it is in person, on the phone, or online. They
accept rental applications for prospective residents, perform a detailed
investigation of each application, and final review to determine the prospective
resident’s qualifications. While each of them have individual responsibilities,
composing rental contracts, educating residents about their legally binding
responsibilities, tracking and preparing all lease renewals, coordinating a
smooth transition move out and updating the website daily play a large part in
protecting your investment interests.

GENERAL OFFICE
ASSOCIATE – Sylvia
performs many tasks incidental to the overall office procedures, including
filing, answering phones, and the many detailed tasks requested by other staff
members.

COMPUTER SUPPORT
– Rob’s position is generalized, however his main objective is to keep our
computers healthy and keep us on the cutting edge with our website and other
marketing tools.

ACCOUNTING
– Beverly oversees the multitude of
transactions that culminate in your monthly statement, paying close attention to
detail and accuracy. Her responsibility covers a wide range of management
functions as well as fulfilling the accounting requirements of the I.R.S. and
Arizona Department of Real Estate.

MAINTENANCE MANAGER
– Keneen manages our reliable and
trustworthy maintenance crew and preferred, licensed vendors. Her goal is to
maintain your property efficiently and economically while protecting your
investment. From painting to minor electrical, plumbing and general maintenance,
the maintenance department handles everything! *TNT *’s Maintenance crew
consists of:

Rodney or “Red” as he likes to be called, specializes in the mechanical, but can take apart and put back together anything. Great work ethic and does what is needed to get the job done right.

Rick, is always
available and has a vast pool of knowledge when it comes to general maintenance,
inspections and annual/bi-annual maintenance services.
