TNT Property Management currently manages over 350 properties in the Quad-City area including the outer lying areas of Dewey and Paulden.

If you are interested in a TNT managed home, we suggest that you drive by, preview the exterior of the properties, and get a feel for the neighborhood. Then, simply call our office or stop by to inform us that you are interested in viewing the interior of the properties you have chosen. Most homes are available for same day viewing, however re-keyed and/or currently occupied units require a viewing appointment with an agent.

~ To view a property, we will require a completed Property Viewing Application, two (2) forms of ID, and a refundable key deposit of $20.00 per key (only if checking out a key and no agent is required). Deposits must be paid in cash or debit/credit card.

~ To apply for a property, we will require (from each individual 18 years or older) a completed Rental Application, two (2) forms of ID, proof of income (two most current pay stubs), and an application fee of $30.00. Application Fee Promo Expired 04-30-12.

~ If you would like to put a property on HOLD while we process your application, the HOLD deposit is $100.00.
**We do not accept cash except for application fees**
